At 10pm on Thursday November 7, a boy entered the bar area of the Overlander Hotel and removed a bottle of alcohol, before fleeing.
Between 6.30pm on Sunday November 10 and 3.15pm on Tuesday November 12 the same boy and others approached a locked vehicle in a car park, smashed the front passenger window and removed a mobile phone before attempting to set fire to a tissue box in the vehicle.
At 6am on Thursday November 14, this same boy was observed walking along the driveway of the Police Reserve allegedly peering into parked vehicles. On off duty police officer approached him and the boy fled.
A 14-year-old boy from The Gap has been charged with two counts of enter premises and one count of found on police establishment without lawful excuse.
