This year's entrants are Kelly-Maree Jones (raising funds for LifeFlight); Krystle Chong (for Mount Isa Basketball Association); and Maddie Gray (for Mount Isa and North West Qld Breast Cancer Support Group Inc).
Mount Isa-born Kelly-Maree (known as Kelly) is a mum of four children and loves outdoor activities including fishing and camping with family and friends.
"I am looking forward to putting 100 per cent effort into my fundraising," Kelly said.
Also Mount Isa born and bred, Krystle Chong has a strong love for community sports, hence her choice to raise funds for Mount Isa Basketball Association.
A mum of three daughters, Krystle enjoys family barbecues, camping, being with family and friends and 4WD driving.
"I love to play basketball, helping out in the community and the spirit and friendliness of Mount Isa which keeps me living here," Krystle said.
The third entrant, Maddie Gray, 23, recently moved to Mount Isa from Dalby and is originally from Ballina in Northern NSW.
Maddie works full time in Human Resources and competes in Barrel Racing with her thoroughbred, Archie. She is keen to go to some local rodeos.
"I am extremely excited for the opportunity to raise funds for the North West Breast Cancer Support Group as it is a charity that is very close to my heart," Maddie said.
Isa Rodeo CEO Natalie Flecker said the Queen Quest was an important part of the Isa Rodeo.
"The quest has a long and proud history which has seen many local women, and a couple of local men put in extraordinary effort over many years to raise much needed funds for local charities and community organisations," Ms Flecker said.
"We hope that all our entrants and their support teams enjoy the fundraising challenge they have committed to, and hope they have a wonderful year."
The Mount Isa Mines Rodeo will be held August 6-9, and is expected to attract more than 600 competitors and almost 40,000 visitors to experience the rodeo festival including RODEO ROCK concerts, the Isa Street Festival, Mailman Express horse races, bush poets breakfast and more.
