Brendan Curt Schulz, 35, will face Mount Isa Magistrates Court in Queensland on July 30 charged with live-streaming the sexually abuse of children.
He and two others were charged after a month long Australian Federal Police investigation with local police who uncovered a sex den where 13 children, one barely 12 months were sexually abused on camera.
The AFP used intelligence gathering to provide tip-offs about tourists and locals who involved in child sex abuse.
As well as Mr Schulz, Brisbane truck driver Kevin Raymond Doyle, 57, is facing a total of 75 charges over the alleged abuse of up to 50 children.
Sydney man William Allen Corley, 63, last week faced Burwood Local Court on multiple charges of child sexual abuse.
The International Justice Mission coordinated efforts which resulted in 23 children being saved in May and the arrests of several suspects including the three Australian men.
The IJM said the rate of internet-based child sexual exploitation in the Philippines more than tripled in three years.
"There are children who need rescue now, but rescue starts with timely detection and robust reporting," IJM Philippines Director Samson Inocencio Jr said.
