After a shortened and delayed season which featured only the four Mount Isa clubs, Townies won through to the final after defeating Black Stars in the elimination final last weekend.
Town will be looking for a fourth premiership in a row while Wanderers will be looking for their first since 2015 when they beat Town in a thrilling final.
MIRL is encouraging fans to come and wear supporter shirts.
"We want to see a sea of Blue and Maroon," MIRL said.
"Please remember social distancing of 1.5m especially when lining up at canteen and bar areas."
Action begins on Saturday at 2pm with an under 13s game between Wanderers and Town.
That will be followed on the main field by under 11 games between MIRL Legends versus Wanderers Blue (3pm) and Town versus Wanderers Gold (4pm).
There will be under 6,7 and 9s games on at the same time on the back fields.
The A-Grade final kicks off at 5.30pm.
