The cases - two men aged in their 40s and one man in his 20s - were infected while overseas and are being managed in Brisbane.
They bring Queensland's total cases to 1175, six of which are active.
The state recorded 3,963 tests in the past 24 hours.
Queensland Health said it was vital that anyone in Queensland, especially if you've been interstate in the last 14 days, gets a COVID-19 test if you develop symptoms, even if mild.
Symptoms may include fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste, fatigue, diarrhoea, nausea and vomiting.
There are testing facilities across the state including GPs, fever clinics and pop up clinics.
