In McKinlay a man was treated for burns.
QAS said the man was transported to Cloncurry Hospital in a serious but stable condition with significant upper body and arm burns following a reported truck cabin fire off Oorindi Mckinlay Road at 11.49pm before later being airlifted to Mount Isa Hospital.
Meanwhile in Mount Isa there was a serious incident in the suburb of Sunset.
Paramedics were called to a private residence at 8.42pm after a male reportedly fell from a second storey balcony.
He was assessed for critical injuries.
