Ian McLean from Bush AgriBusiness will be the presenter and he'll be teaching the fundamentals of long-term wealth creation and equity building, understanding where your business is performing well and where it can be improved, a way to prioritise on-farm investment decisions, understanding how enterprise choice and performance affects business performance and understanding what is required for business entry and succession.
The two-day workshop will help producers gain the skills and confidence to carry on the family business, start their own or step up in their role.
The course is on February 25 and 26 at Julia Creek.
You can register for the course on the Meat and Livestock Australia website.
