The young Melbourne-based talent will not only take the stage during the April 6-11 festival but she is also ambassador to a new and worthy component of the festival called the Rise Up Showcase.
The Showcase gives emerging talent a platform and an opportunity to shine and Ziller knows a bit about this as a Grand Finalist at Toyota StarMaker in Tamworth and also Emerging Talent Artist at Gympie Music Muster.
Ziller has the job of getting across the quality of the entries so far and said she is loving it.
"Emerging artist programs like the Rise-Up Showcase are such an amazing opportunity for artists," Ziller said.
"From my own personal experiences these platforms give newer artists the arena for people to find them: from fans, to media, to other artists.
Even if you're not the winner, the exposure and opportunities that come from participating are priceless."
Ziller said the April visit would be her first time in Western Queensland.
"I've never been that far out in Queensland. I'm really looking forward to it," she said.
Entries close for the Showcase on February 14 so there's a last minute rush for budding musicians to jump on board.
The winner will be judged by the audience using an app and will play on the main stage on Sunday as well as winning a guitar.
But Zillar's advice to entrants to enjoy themselves and make the most of the experience.
"It's all about making friends and meeting industry people," she said.
"For me it was all about connections and creating a group of people around you doing the same thing.
Zillar is also performing at the festival on various stages across the six days.and has a new single coming out next month through ABC Music and an album coming out later this year.
