After an unannounced site visit from June 11-13 the auditors found the Laura Johnson Home met all the required 44 outcomes.
The home has now been re-accredited for a further three years until September 14, 2022.
Auditors spoke to 26 residents and family members and 22 staff over the three day period.
Laura Johnson Home board chair Matt O'Neill said he was proud of his team.
"This result is reflective of the level of high quality care provided to our residents, and the overall management and operation of the facility which is provided each and every day by our dedicated workforce." Mr O'Neill said.
"The Board of Directors are extremely proud of the high level of quality care delivered in its first class facility at 41 Clarke Street which offers various levels of residential care to the residents of Mount Isa and the North West."
The areas the audit covered were Management Systems, Continuous Improvement, staffing levels, staff training and organisational development, Health, Clinical Care, Medication Management and Personal Care of Residents, Complaints management, Residents lifestyle, the Physical environment and safe systems of the facility which covered catering, cleaning and maintenance and home management.
