The Mount Isa business was named ABIA Best Customer Care and ABIA Best Salon Training, in front of hundreds of beauty professionals on Sunday October 18.
The Skin Coaches owner Reegyn McElligott said the team was excited by their success at this year's industry awards.
"Each year we decide as a team what awards we like to nominate for and then we set them as goals to achieve during the year," Ms McElligott said.
"It was amazing to receive those awards. This year was a little different as we couldn't travel down to Sydney for the big Gala award ceremony, so we made the best out of it and celebrated with a big dinner at my house and live streamed the awards.
"This is the second year in a row we have won ABIA Best Customer Care award."
Ms McElligott said The Skin Coaches were also 2020 finalists for Beauty Therapist of the Year Finalist - Natalie Herschell and Salon owner of the Year Finalist - Reegyn McElligott.
"It is amazing for team morale. Being able to achieve these awards gives us a bit of recognition to know that we are doing the right thing and on the right path for our clients," she said.
"Also I feel like a lot of the salons that win these events are all from the east coast or metropolitan areas, so it is nice to be recognised in Mount Isa.
"Just because we live out here doesn't mean that we shouldn't be able to do the same training as those on the coast or have the same customer care, we should be able to provide that same customer experience."
At the end of November, The Skin Coaches will be providing a new experience for customers in Outback Queensland.
"Something new we are setting up this year is a Skin and Sip element to our services," Ms McElligott said.
"This is where you can come along with a girlfriend or your mum and have some champagne and beauty services and enjoy an experience. That will be launched towards the end of this month."
Ms McElligott also revealed they have been listed as a finalist for the 2020 Northern Outback Business Awards, with the winners being announced on November 7.
The Skin Coaches took out the Northern Outback business of the year in 2019.
